Muay Thai VIII
Hmmmm today's 4.8km wasn't good at all.... my stamina has dropped drastically since I forwent last week's run.... Gotta start eating right again and training!!! Today we had the booths and all and I think I made a fool of myself shadow boxing but heyy it was for a good cause LOL.... D led the static exercises today and it was really worth it =)) push ups, crunches, squats all 3 sets and finally air bridge (sides and front). I really felt worked out!!! Will be doing my 300 crunches (assorted) and 50 push ups every night from now!!! Got Andrew to push me haha =)) I'm gonna get fighting fit!!! =))
